123Movies is a catalogue and discovery interface. Title, artwork, cast and episode information is retrieved from TMDB (The Movie Database) through their public API. We do not upload, store, host or transmit any video or audio files, and we do not operate any storage used to distribute media.

Reporting a copyright concern

We respond to properly submitted notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. So that we can act on your notice, please include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the specific copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  3. The exact URL or URLs on this site that your notice relates to, in enough detail for us to locate the material.
  4. Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on their behalf.

What happens next

Valid notices are reviewed and actioned promptly. Where the material identified is metadata sourced from TMDB, we will remove the corresponding page from this site; because the underlying record lives with TMDB, we will also point you to their reporting process so the source record can be addressed.

Third-party links

Where this site links to or embeds material provided by a third party, that party is responsible for the content it serves. Notices concerning such material should be directed to the operator of the service in question, who is best placed to remove it at source.
