Synopsis
When free-spirited Doğa falls head over heels for charming Fatih, nobody expects the chaos that follows. His family is deeply conservative and devout; hers is modern and secular — and neither side is ready to back down. What starts as a love story quickly becomes a collision of two very different Turkeys, played out through family dinners, in-law battles and everything in between. Kıvılcım, who lives with her two daughters and her mother, is the principal of a private high school. After her divorce from her husband, she stood on her feet and worked hard to raise her daughters. She is a principled woman who firmly adheres to the truths she believes in. She considers it normal for her eldest daughter to have a boyfriend in her first year of college. However, her daughter Doga first disappoints Kıvılcım by saying that she is pregnant and then running away and getting married. For Kıvılcım, it is a big mistake for her to marry her daughter at this age, especially to have a child. She tells this to her daughter, but Doğa confronts her mother with the courage of her youth. Kıvılcım, who is in a desperate situation, is unaware of the real shock while thinking about what to do.

Alev will try to correct this misunderstanding, as her surprise at the wedding angered the conservative family, but this well-meaning effort will cost her much more.
